- CMCathryn Moss2 days ago5.0Devin is an extraordinary Sephora sales associate at Kohls in Vancouver, Washington! I am a swimmer and teach water exercise classes and I have to try samples of shampoo because of my fine hair, which is fragile and often gets weighed down when the shampoo is too heavy with conditioners. Some shampoo and conditioners actually make my hair look greasy. The price of the shampoo and conditioners have increased substantially as all things have.. so I save Sephora a ton of money and product by getting a sample rather than buying a whole bottle of shampoo and conditioner and then RETURNING it when it doesn't work on my hair 🙃 And Sephora has to throw it away in the dumpster..and give me a refund! Devin is professional ,warm, friendly, and extremely helpful! She has beautiful shiny hair and it's texture is fine, too! She has personally bought and tried the same shampoo that she recommends and knows her products! Thank you Sephora, for hiring such wonderful humans who care about you as a person, not just another customer!!

She checked on me multiple times and i was in there for about an hour, she even let me know to get her as soon as i was ready to checkout so i wouldn’t be kept longer then needed!!!<3 not to mention she also double checked multiple items that i wanted to see if there was any stock and always seemed happy to do so, and she was very kind and sweet when checking out!
- ESEmberly SpeaksMay 17, 20251.0The employees are constantly running around you in circles and blocking you off from using the dressing rooms! Yet all the clothes sizing is completely out of order. Mind you, this was my first time at this location. The way they were on me was excessive and stressful. I don't think the employees actually organize. They just stalk you and impeed your shopping experience!! Also, they do not offer bags until after you've paid. Annoying. How does this place actually run? It's definitely not a fun shopping experience when you're constantly being hounded. I definitely won't be back. 🤔
