She was incredibly sweet to me (even though I had no makeup on and pjs lol) treated me like a human which is not a normal occurrence while I’m dressed lazy. Anyways, she matched me with the Haus Labs foundation and helped me pick a concealer. First and foremost, I’m in love with both products and she did amazing job. It felt like a very genuine interaction, which I really needed. Thank you for embodying the kindness that all of us humans need, Jo!

I was looking for a fun/enjoyable experience & I really just felt out of place & like I should have just gone to Walgreens or something. I dont know if staff is struggling w/ moral (which i get it.. its retail) but I would have atleast appreciated if someone knew I existed or atleast pretended to be interested in finding out what I might need... thought coming in on a different day/earlier time would help but it was worse today. 🥲
