  I meant to leave this review a couple days ago, but here I am! Jo, was fantastic. She was incredibly sweet to me (even though I had no makeup on and pjs lol) treated me like a human which is not a normal occurrence while I’m dressed lazy. Anyways, she matched me with the Haus Labs foundation and helped me pick a concealer. First and foremost, I’m in love with both products and she did amazing job. It felt like a very genuine interaction, which I really needed. Thank you for embodying the kindness that all of us humans need, Jo!

  Long story short, it was a bummer walking out of this store both times. I was looking for a fun/enjoyable experience & I really just felt out of place & like I should have just gone to Walgreens or something. I dont know if staff is struggling w/ moral (which i get it.. its retail) but I would have atleast appreciated if someone knew I existed or atleast pretended to be interested in finding out what I might need... thought coming in on a different day/earlier time would help but it was worse today. 🥲

  Kolten did my makeup on halloween 2025 and i loved the experience. Ge explained everything he did before doing it and explained the function of all products used.

  I went to Sephora today to return a foundation I bought three days ago. This was my third visit because every shade I picked kept turning out too yellow. At the store, I realized the last one had the wrong shade inside the box, which explained why it looked so off. By that point, I didn’t even want to try another one. I was completely flustered and didn’t know what to say, especially when the employee seemed more judgmental than supportive. She didn’t have a name tag, appeared Asian/Hispanic, and was EXTREMELY rude. Her body language was dismissive, and she wouldn’t even make eye contact. When I was trying to clarify she ignored me, making the situation so unpleasant that I didn’t even feel like explaining fully. She questioned whether I had bought the product there, even after I showed the receipt, and said I had come in too many times for the same product. Well yes, I was trying to find the right shade and spend my money wisely! How is it possible a purchase from just three days ago isn’t showing in the system?? Anyway, I’ve always been a loyal Sephora customer, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll return to this location. The staff needs better customer service training. Bottom line: No one should be disrespected or embarrassed over a simple exchange. It was unfair to be treated that way, especially when I didn’t purchase the product in the wrong box on purpose. Her attitude was completely unnecessary for such a minor situation.
