I took my son in for a cut, and the result was extremely unprofessional and completely uneven; it looks like a DIY job gone wrong. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor quality, the stylist blamed my son, making the excuse that he was crying, which is no reason for such a poor-quality job from a supposed professional. It was a complete waste of money. A professional barber should know how to handle children. I will not be coming back, and I’ll be telling all my friends and family to stay away. Don't waste your time or money here.

- SZSophia ZinkandJan 19, 20261.0I asked for butterfly layers with curtain bangs and after seeing the photos I'm sure you'll understand why I've decided to just do it myself and try to fix my hair... I told her I didn't want too much of my length gone and just layers. She told me she was going to even out my hair first and took off like 3 inches. When she was done she threw my hair over my shoulders and said "see? Done. Even" when I said I wanted to see it from the back, she clipped off more hair before showing me. I thought you said it was done? Why are you cutting more? I didn't realize how bad it was until I FaceTime my friend to show her. This was even more irritating for me because I called two great clips before coming in to ask if they knew how to do the cut I wanted and they both said he's. (The one on pearl st gave me a lot more attitude about it though) And yes I understand with butterfly layers, you need to style it to get the full affect but this is definitely not a non-styling issue I mean I've got little tail in the middle that's longer than the rest!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
