    I loveeeeeeee Sephora but i HATE this location!!!!i have been in 2 times this passed week and the workers are soooo stuck up!!!! They do not want to give out samples and if you ask for any they act like you’re asking them for money. It’s ridiculous. They have no manners. No good customer service. Like go work somewhere else then??? So tired of coming into this store and the workers acting like you’re worthless. You guys need to hire a better team because the one you have right now sucks and is making Sephora look really bad!!!

    5-Star Review for Monica & Andrea at Sephora (inside Kohl's, Union Gap, WA) I had a fantastic experience at the Sephora inside Kohl's in Union Gap thanks to Monica and Andrea. I was looking for a men's fragrance, and both of them went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. What truly stood out was their genuine care and willingness to make sure I left the store completely satisfied and happy with my choice. They weren't just there to sell - they really listened, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made me feel like my experience mattered. It's rare to find customer service that feels this personal and authentic.     Did a google search that said Sephora sold a beauty product I was looking for as a gift. When I got to the “store” it was tiny and located inside of a Kohl’s. I asked an associate if they carried what I was looking for. She looked at me like I was speaking another language so she asked a coworker if they carried it while helping someone else. The coworker said they didn’t carry it and blurted out “You should Google it”. No one even bothered to look in the computer to actually confirm whether they did or did not have it.

    Adriana was so calm and pleasant. She picked out a nude lip liner and gloss, for me to sample. She is a beautiful person. I bought the full-size products. She was very attentive to several customers at the same time.
