For a while I have trusted in this salon to take care of my hair, but recently they have gone severely downhill. Plain and simple: they do not know how to cut hair with texture. I have very thick hair that curls and waves in different spots and I asked for a wolf cut and a trim to the longer sections of my hair. The woman doing my hair asked me to stand up multiple times, cutting my hair dry! I dont know if their chairs dont raise, but it seemed silly to me that a stylist cant use ther tools to handle long hair. She also tried to comb my hair completely dry, which I warned would not work and would only cause damage, and she ended up breaking my hair quite a bit. The final cut was NOT a wolf cut, but rather someone's attempt at trying instead of admitting they didnt know how to do it. There are pieces of long hair in my short bangs, theres a large drop-off where bangs end with no fringe or layer cut to transition into the long parts. I was not given any compliments today at work, I was told "Your bangs are uneven." Staff needs to figure out what theyre doing with textured hair, they obviously dont know. I wont be coming back to these butchers.
