  Got hair cut and gray hair coverage dye by Nahid. She did an amazing job and was so professional. Service and hospitality were totally enjoyable. Definitely going back to her and recommend her to my friends and family.

  Sadie is a wonderful stylist! She listened to what I wanted my hair to look like and she walked me through what she would do and double checked with me that I would be happy with it and I Am! I love my hair

  If you are Black woman, with natural hair in the "4b/c", maybe even "4a" arena, lived on the east coast or Midwest states like Texas, this Salon is a HARD pass. They charge Atlanta prices for subpar work and service. I've tried this location twice, and had the same stylist, Melody (not sure how to spell it) , and the most recent appt was November 2024. Scheduled a hair cut with a shampoo/condition that comes with a blow dry. I was her last client. Waited past my scheduled appointment time, which I don't mind, but I would, as anyone, would appreciate being told it's going to be another 30-45 minutes, so I can go walk around the mall etc. Instead I sat there, not greeted by the sylist, waited and had to ask the receptionist again. Finally got in the chair, but then sat there again in the bowl room just looking at a wall LOL, because she was still with another client. Again, just be honest so customers can on with their day and come back later. Her quality of work was very meh for me. She Didnt ask questions about what works for my hair, just immediately went in with whatever brand of shampoo/conditioner SHE THOUGHT of. It was a pretty silent appt. She was rough with my hair and my scalp itched after the shampoo and condition which is always an indication that it was not properly washed. My scalp was DRY after the visit because she did not properly hydrate or moisturize my hair. The blow dry after was something I could have done at home and was rushed. Also, some of her tools used, had not been cleaned in between customers. This is not personal, but for a Master stylist, I definitely expect better. I looked like a brown TROLL DOLL walking out of there. Embarrassing. Thankfully it was only $70 because of some mistake when booking online. Apparently the real price would have been right over $100! This, in NO WAY, is $100 quality. It was such embarrassing quality and I'm realizing it might be a reflection of the standards of PNW stylists, and I need to lower ny expectations.

  Sarah at JcPenny Salon at Southcenter mall. Is amazing. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and cuts my hair just the way I want it. I drive from Puyallup all the way to Southcenter just to get a hair cut by Sarah. She’s just awesome person. I will always get my hair cut there.

  I went to the salon yesterday and Shannon did my hair, she is so nice and a great stylist, she got my hair together and I am so happy, it looks the best its looked in the 5 years Ive been here, I will be seeing her on a regular basis and will refer her to others.
