She knew her products very well and was very patient with me considering I knew next to nothing. Honestly, Amaranth made the entire experience really enjoyable and would definitely make me come back in the future. Thank you so much, give this girl a raise!

If you've never been to Lush I'd recommend asking the staff if you can have a sample of whatever product you are interested in. And I'd personally recommend the message bars! And if I'd not recommend something, it would be the soaps, most of them do disintegrate (especially in a multi person home) and if it's a popular scent, it may be in another product there.

- WOwhat is oatmeal?Jan 13, 20265.0i have never left a serious review before, but my experience was so so good. i came in the weekend before christmas with my friend. honestly, we weren't going to buy anything and just wanted to smell the soaps. we were helpfully approached by EVERY employee! it was very reassuring! one employee, nat/natalie, approached us and me and them spoke at great length. then, they brought us to an area with the appropriate scents we liked. without us asking, nat made us samples. and not just of the shower gel we were smelling, no. a shampoo bar (which has been fantastic), a massage bar, gel, AND conditioner. the best part? we had to leave before the samples were finished due to an urgent family emergency. i promised nat i'd be back, and when i was (over an hour later), they took the time to get me the samples, even when they were busy! they offered to make just a couple more (couldn't get the gel for my friend), but i assured them that what they did was plenty, and i had to leave. i have never had an experience at a bath store that wasn't short of an overstimulating social hell. i will absolutely be coming back to this lush to make my first ever purchase! - scott
