  Came in for some gift sets and Becs was so helpful with picking scents that fit with each personality! The store was not too busy and everyone seemed really helpful.

  The entire experience at Lush Tacoma was absolute excellence between the product & customer service! Mega special shout out to Becs for going above and beyond when my kiddo showed interest in the shower jellies and again a little later when we stopped back in to make a purchase. The way they interacted with not just mine, but all the kids in the store was so special, testing bath bombs with them, asking open ended questions about the sensory aspects, and complimenting shirts, shoes, etc. My kiddo left that store on cloud 9. We will definitely be coming back again sooner rather than later!

  I had such a great experience in this store today! Incredibly kind service from both employees working. They were so friendly & fun to shop with but extra shout out to Becs for being glitter in human form!

  UPDATE: 02-07-2026 Today I went back in, but this time I was a little nervous and brought my mom. We went in and we were immediately welcomed by Rhys, the training manager, and he was so sweet. I opened up to him about this last experience I had a week ago. He genuinely seemed disheartened to hear my story and introduced me to the manager Logan, and she was equally as sweet. They were so kind and took their time to explain what Lush was about. They both personally ensured my mama and I had a luxurious experience that was so worth it ! They weren’t hovering but were genuinely involved and showed me some items I had definitely overlooked and of course I had to add some to my basket. I honestly and grateful I took a second chance at this store because it was wonderful. Logan and Rhys, you two are truly angels and I wholeheartedly value you guys. I am excited to return when the perfume I am eyeing returns to stock and probably replenish my personal stock! To the girl who initially helped me out, I wish you the best and hopefully you learn to be kind. I know retail is hard and it can be stressful on the weekends but give me a chance to swipe my card before you make me feel lesser than the other customers. I don’t want to put you on blast and give out your description, but just be kind to others :) 01-31-2026 I never have time to make it into the store so I’ve been a loyal online shopper. I get to go in for my fourth time in person and I know exactly what I’m looking for. I’m open to adding more to the list as I go. The girl Bex who helped me out was so sweet. (i think that was her name im awful for not remembering ) she helped add to the list and offered to take it up front so I could continue to browse. I get a few additional items and I go up to pay. The girl who was helping me went on break. I go up and another lady scanned my item I brought up, and I tell her another worker brought my things up. I point to the stuff in the counter and go “I’m pretty sure this is all of it.” she goes “which item?” i responded with “all of it “ It was only six items. She goes “all of it ?” with the underlying tone that I don’t have the means. I smiled and said yes. She rang me up and wasn’t very warm. It was definitely a good experience until the checkout process. We ended up not getting everything that was set on the counter so I grabbed another one and got back in line. The other coworker rang me up that time, and she was much friendlier and kind. I personally would stick to shopping online if you know what you want. Especially if you’re getting more than one thing.

  Absolutely phenomenal customer service provided by Lani at the front counter. She took the time to share her extensive hair care knowledge with me to help point me in the right direction and get me setup with shampoo and conditioner that's right for my hair type and needs. I could not reccomend this store enough, if I could give 10 stars I would. Once again thank you Lani!
