He pays attention to the details, which is great since I can be picky. He really listens to what we need and prefer for our cuts and he will fix anything we point out that we want to change or fix during a cut. He's always in a good mood and so kind and funny. We spend the whole appointment conversing and laughing. He offers us water if we need it as well. All of us have thicker hair and mine and my daughter's hair tends to be longer. But I never have to worry when he cuts our hair. He does the best job. If he's not there, I would rather wait. Our daughter says she loves when he cuts her hair and he's the best!
