  I was very disappointed with the haircut I received on November 8th by Takindra a.k.a TK. I came into the salon with long hair and left with very short hair, which did not reflect the style I clearly communicated. The result was unsatisfactory and frustrating. To make matters worse, the stylist later contacted me directly in an argumentative manner, which only added to my frustration. Concerns should be handled by management to ensure professionalism, but in my case they were not. I ultimately had to file a formal complaint just to receive a refund, which speaks volumes about how poorly the situation was managed.

  We have been going to Brian for our haircuts for over 10 years. We trust him to always do a good job. He cuts my hair, my husband's hair, and our daughter's hair. He pays attention to the details, which is great since I can be picky. He really listens to what we need and prefer for our cuts and he will fix anything we point out that we want to change or fix during a cut. He's always in a good mood and so kind and funny. We spend the whole appointment conversing and laughing. He offers us water if we need it as well. All of us have thicker hair and mine and my daughter's hair tends to be longer. But I never have to worry when he cuts our hair. He does the best job. If he's not there, I would rather wait. Our daughter says she loves when he cuts her hair and he's the best!

  I made my mom an appointment with the specialist and she was very nice. Unfortunately my mom asked for a specific cut and not what she got. She said she showed a picture and explained it but got a little different than she asked. But she liked how she was treated.
