- JDJane DoeJan 22, 20261.0The bar for service is on the floor. I go in every time just expecting a bad experience. Last time I went in at 6:30pm (they close at 7) so I was walking around knowing they close soon and to hurry. I was approached by 4 workers multiple times. I work in the mall so I do have a few bags with me and one of the workers (more middle aged blonde lady) would not leave me alone following me around the store. Every other experience I have not a single person gives any sort of acknowledgement just standing there talking the whole time. Only one girl there deserves recognition for her customer service going above and beyond for me. ( I haven’t caught her name but she has dark curly hair.) she works all the time and I do hope she gets some sort of recognition from management because she’s saving that Sephora.
