  This place is freaking awesome. I was just strolling through when the nicest employee EVER let me try some products and gave me a full facial for free. Wow! How cool is that. It was so much fun! Great customer service and wonderful products. Thank you LUSH!

  On Saturday, March 21, 2026, we held my daughter’s 9th birthday party at Lush Cosmetics River Park. I couldn’t say more positive things about the experience and value we received. It actually all started the week before the actual birthday party. The Lush team invited us to the store for a “birthday party consult” where our daughter got to sample product, choose the activities she wanted to do at her party, select the party favors she wanted her friends to enjoy, and make key decisions (😉) on the items she wanted for her own special gift package. Store employee Sydney, who would also be the party host, performed the consult and was so accommodating and kind. The day of the party everything was organized and ready to go. My daughter had four of her friends and her 6-year-old brother attend (so total party of six) and everyone had a blast. Sydney was just as awesome at the party as she was at the consult and brought plenty of patience to handle my daughter’s crew. Sydney played an icebreaker game with everyone and then led all the kids through face masks, bath bomb creation, soap sculpture building, luxurious hand washing, lip scrubs, and more. The party took place during regular store hours in the middle of the store floor but the attention paid to the birthday girl and her friends was so sweet. The red carpet was truly rolled out for this group of young kids. The fact that they all got to bring home bath items that they made at the party was a unique treat that you don’t usually see in a birthday party culture of trampoline parks and arcades. If you want a memorable party in a vibrant, colorful, wonderful-smelling atmosphere, I would highly recommend Lush…and this is coming from a nearly 40-year-old dude 😂.

  I’m from out of town for my birthday. Sofiabella Moon made the whole experience absolutely amazing. She gave me a full experience with the sleepy line after finding out it was my birthday. Recommend me amazing products and just really made my whole day and trip. I absolutely loved her :)
