Based on great lips latest commercial I saw on tv, I assumed there would be notes on my last hair cut, so I didn’t give much instructions, boy was that a mistake. I asked for a pixie, and right away, the first cut, she took so much off my bangs. Already I wasn’t happy. You can’t put that hair back. Proceeded to cut so much hair off of everywhere but the back/neck area. She cut way too much off my bangs, top AND sides. My bangs are uneven, the sides are lumpy/not blended well. Sideburns are uneven, and one is fuller than the other. There’s a chunk of hair missing off the back. I did my best to even out the sideburns and I had my bf cut the bottom inch and a half off the back to “hide” the chunk of hair missing. My bangs and top are so short that I can’t even style it with my round brush. The cut is embarrassing and I feel anxious going out in public with how it looks. I got my hair cut on the 11th of Feb. It’s now March 27 and it’s finally filling in but still too short except the back, I’m growing a mullet! Haircut #1 to start fixing this mess, neck trim and tapered/blended into the rest of my hair. Haircut #2 to finally fix this mess, to even everything out, which won’t be for another month maybe. I’m on a tight budget and that’s a lot of money for ONE decent haircut. I don’t want the same lady to cut my hair again. I wish I could remember her name. And you can’t make an appointment with a certain stylist at great clips. The 2 ladies before this one did a pretty decent job. You just have to roll the dice?

The staff is friendly and professional, and they really take the time to listen to what you want before getting started. With Great Clips Online Check in it is easy to put your party on the wait list. The online check-in option is super convenient and saves a lot of time. Every visit has been consistent, and I always leave happy with my haircut. They will even keep your Clip Notes so you get the haircut you want each visit. If you’re in the Five Mile area of Spokane and need a reliable place for a great cut at a fair price, I definitely recommend this location!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
