I just had a couple questions about it wondering if they knew and the lady (Jen🤮) gave me a very disgusting look and then told me that if I don’t know how to use styling products then I shouldn’t be dealing with them Which I find very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I do know what I’m doing. I just had a simple question about a new product and thought she could possibly do her job but I guess that’s too much to ask

Her customer service was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, and she repeatedly shared inaccurate information online that caused a lot of unnecessary drama. I would not recommend working with someone who conducts themselves this way.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
