I am so upset I went to go ask about a new product that I’ve never used. I just had a couple questions about it wondering if they knew and the lady (Jen🤮) gave me a very disgusting look and then told me that if I don’t know how to use styling products then I shouldn’t be dealing with them Which I find very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I do know what I’m doing. I just had a simple question about a new product and thought she could possibly do her job but I guess that’s too much to ask

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Jen. Her customer service was unprofessional and unnecessarily rude, and she repeatedly shared inaccurate information online that caused a lot of unnecessary drama. I would not recommend working with someone who conducts themselves this way.

They had my pickup order ready to go when I arrived and checked my ID which is appreciated. The ladies working seemed nice and the place is always well stocked, organized and clean.
