- HHH.HDec 26, 20253.0Went in today, left empty handed. The guy working was on the phone, speaking very loudly, about how the system was down and he cant ring anyone up. Then goes on to say how he just wants to lock the doors and go home because he doesnt feel good, has STREP THROAT, and should be at the doctor and shouldn't even be at work. He was clearly trying to be loud so all the customers would leave on their own. It worked. As soon as I walked out, so did the other gals. Super unprofessional. Its wild that a grown man would act like that in the work place.

I just had a couple questions about it wondering if they knew and the lady (Jenš¤®) gave me a very disgusting look and then told me that if I donāt know how to use styling products then I shouldnāt be dealing with them Which I find very disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I do know what Iām doing. I just had a simple question about a new product and thought she could possibly do her job but I guess thatās too much to ask

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
