Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. While me and my friend were just window shopping I will say how amazing the facial was that they provided and we will be coming again very soon because of how warm and friendly the service was! Its also amazing to see how close the workers are to each other and make the customers feel included.

Their products are of amazing quality, and if you don’t like something (which for me in about 10 years of using their products has only happened once), their return policy really backs up their products. I now use their products almost solely, and my husband that has psoriasis has seen a huge improvement when using their products!! I love that they are inclusive and treat their employees so well!! A great company with great products 10/10!! Also, recently during the Boxing Day sale, a wonderful person working in the Spokane, WA location named Olivia was incredibly helpful!! You could tell everyone was navigating a lot, but they all did with grace, and when Olivia was helping me, she multitasked very well… I had a few questions about a product I saw at the counter, she answered them and also provided some additional information that was very very helpful and she was kind the entire time. I love that there is Lush in Spokane now, I used to have to go to Seattle and stock up, and people like Olivia are the reason I will keep coming back to this location!! I can’t recommend Lush enough ♥️
