- HFHannah FrancesSep 3, 20255.0Anatolii is an amazing stylist! My youngest daughter (14) has fairly curly hair, so I brought her in for a back to school cut. Anatolii did so great on her hair that I decided to bring my oldest daughter in (she’s 21 and a wheelchair user) who has EXTREMELY thick and curly hair! 😄 He was up for the challenge, and was so sweet and kind to her that she’s hoping her hair grows back quickly so she can get another haircut. 😂😂😂 Anatolii never once made her feel like her use of a wheelchair was a problem at all, and was so accommodating! I would absolutely recommend this salon. We will be back.

She made my daughter feel so beautiful and took extra time to make sure all her curls were perfect. And also gave us some good tips on how to achieve them at home. Would highly recommend booking with her !
- CKcrystal knightAug 1, 20251.08/1/25 in Northtown mall. Walked in, guy at the counter asked if I could come back in an hour for a 12:00 appointment. I came back at 11:55. Several hairdressers came out chatting, laughing, standing around, meanwhile, I sat there until 12:40 when the guy came back, and asked if anyone called me. I said no, then the girl that was supposed to cut my hair came over and said oh, I was told you didn't show up! I said I had been sitting there for 45 minutes and no one asked!!! I told them I would go somewhere else and left mad! I will Never go to JCPENNY salon again! And neither will anyone I know! Ended up at 7 wonders where they took my walk in and had a wonderful experience with a whole higher class of people anyway. Jcpenny has really lowered their standards in employees and how they present themselves.

- MSMoon SJun 7, 20254.0Been here at least once a year since last year (2024) and at least three times total to a JCPenney Salon in general. Every visit has been a stellar one, with friendly and knowledgeable stylists who always get my hair right! The only complaint I have, and this is just in general and not about this particular salon, is that JCPenney has a lot of sneaky fees they'll add if your hair is too long, or if blow drying takes too long, so I've gone over my budget at least twice out of the 3 times I've visited because of those sneaky fees. I wish they'd be a bit more upfront about that, but alas. That won't stop me from seeking their services, because all the positives outweigh that.
