  Very disappointed with my service today Stylist did not say that my twist were going to half done when I was finished if that was the case she shouldn’t have even start I walked out looking worse than when i came in and when I called for a refund she was being passive aggressive over the phone because I called for a refund do not recommend coming here if you are looking for and type of twists

  If I could rate this experience a 0 I would. I went in for a bang trim 3 days after I got a full cut. First time the girl didn’t cut them as short as I asked, but I wasn’t feeling great so I left. I said I wanted my curtain bangs to be shorter at the top with cohesive layers that blended into the rest of my cut. Basically just cut the bangs shorter than they were but not change the shape. She gathered all of my bang section & cut ~3 off of all of it. I reminded her of what I wanted before she officially snipped it and she said “oh yeah I got you.” For 5 min she tried to blend them but it didn’t work. They are so choppy and ugly. I paid $15 to look absolutely ridiculous and I am so upset about it. A refund for destroying my bangs is the absolute minimum jcp could do since I’ll have to go to a place with people who know how to trim bangs and have them cut even shorter to fix it.

  Man, I really hate to leave this review. Because the staff was really friendly and the girl was really really nice and worked really hard. It's been a couple of months since I went in, and every time I look at my hair, I still hate it. I was so stunned when it was first done that I couldn't really process what I just spent most of my day there for. Several hours. I asked for a balyage, I paid for a balyage, but instead, I got a full foil highlight. I even provided photo references for what I wanted, which was completely the opposite of what I got. I also paid for a full cut and style but only received a rough cut nothing was evenly layered or anything, and I only found that out when I went to a different salon and the girl seemed horrified. The stylist kept asking me what had happened to my hair. I spent double what I was told I would be paying, and I still left a generous tip. Then, I went home and cried. I still really resent what happened with my hair. I wish I had asked for a refund. 230.00 for something I hate is just too much, when I could have gone somewhere else and gotten it done the way I wanted it for the same price. I am mostly disappointed a manager was not there to supervise someone who was brand new. No one ever reached out to me about my experience either.

  Payton was super helpful and proficient with my cut and color. I am super indecisive when it comes to my hair and she took very good care of me. I absolutely love the results and will definitely be going back to her with all of my hair needs. Thanks Payton!
