- VSVi SovariFeb 9, 20262.0Whether it's an inch trim or a full dome shave down to a 1, each simple request is met by confusion from this staff. Went in to have my bangs trimmed as a last hurrah to a supremely convenient location and, again, they struggled. Everything BUT my bangs were trimmed and when I again requested my bangs, the stylist cut a small window but left the bangs mostly intact. I explicitly stated repeatedly that I needed the bangs trimmed to see and that so long as they didnt cut it down to a fringe, everything's fine. Nope. It feels intentional at this point. I'm never looking for nuanced styles I have simple tastes (ie shave my head, trim my bangs) but this great clips is never up to the job. Finally time to just move on and find a salon that can do something as simple as shave a head without mass confusion. Shoppers beware, you're in for a scare.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
