Walking into the salon was completely different than any other great clips I’ve ever experienced. It was warm and welcoming, and everybody was smiling and happy that hairdressers as well as the clients. The salon was very clean and while I was there, every single person was Greeted as soon as the door opened. My hairdresser‘s name was Jessica, and she’s was truly amazing. As you can imagine after three years of hair damage, my hair was pretty rough. She was more than encouraging and even complemented how soft my hair was. We also discussed different hair products as well as shampoo and conditioner to help my hair get healthy again. I absolutely love my haircut and I will be going back to this location In a couple months for a trim. I’m not exactly sure who’s running the Northpoint location, but it is by far the best experience with great clips I’ve ever had! Kudos to the amazing team there!
