- LSLauren SetzerJun 29, 20252.0Frustrating experience. Disclosure: I’ve been to many foot massage/spas all over the state, this was the worst I’ve been to. We arrived on time and they had us fill out massage waivers, including meds, pain areas, some basic medical history etc. They then proceeded to bring us over to the foot massage chairs but not even look at our sheets. We then had a noisy, loud interrupted massage experience. My partner’s masseuse swapped out with multiple people several times and had no concern for making the experience relaxing. The staff’s partner and child came in at one point and were chatting for some time with one another, and she even scolded her son angrily, getting up quickly and grabbing her phone from him. My partner stated because she kept getting new people, the massage kept repeating and was not comfortable. I’m just not sure how you classify that massage as professional. Far from it. We will not be coming back and we recommend you don’t either.
