- RJRegina JohnsonFeb 17, 20261.0I asked for my haircut to be past my shoulders past my shoulders. I get home and it’s past my neck. I’m very upset. The lady was distracting me by talking. I had Head Surgery I was off my medication. I really couldn’t pay attention. I just wanted it what I wanted done My kids realize it when I got outside from my haircut. I called them the next Day because they were closing and I complaint they sent me back to get my refund which I’m here waiting on Mount Highway in Spanaway. I will never come back here ever again.

She was so busy playing with a 3 year old than focusing on cutting my hair! 30 minutes later, I come out just to find a crooked hairline, and no trim on my sides. Almost a 0 out of 10 and I would never come back!

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
