  The woman who cut my hair on March 19, 2026 at 11:00am was frazzled! She couldn't understand how I wanted my hair cut. My hair is now longer one side. And uneven all over the place. Save your $$ and your hair. Skip The Vault Hair Lounge.

  The Vault is a wonderful hair salon. The atmosphere is calming and the service is above so many other establishments. Shavon is an expert beautician and a fun human. .

  I asked her for a shoulder length layered cut, and she proceeded to tell me that might be too short and how it would look very round. Then she gave me a cut that was even shorter than I had asked for, then blew it dry so I looked like a puff ball walking out of there, and told me how cute it was. I don't think she knows how to cut or style curly hair.

  emma is literally the sweetest girl ever!!! i was in a slight rush to get out of my appointment and she made my highlights happen asap. she is incredible at what she does and i HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who goes here!! give that girl a RAISE
