This lady is abysmally obnoxious. I came to the snohomish location because the silver firs location has its own whole set of problems. The lady tried to circle around and be nice, but whatever. Not good experience again. Both of my kids were disappointed with their cuts. The stylists did not understand the assignment.

Got a fade... told it looks better this way.... after she was finished. Asked for a clean up for the beard got my mustache nearly removed... I didnt ask for my mustache to be touched i asked for the beard to be cleaned up and shaped. Got a light trim didnt even much still alot of longer loss hairs + No shaping and left the neck line looking like a mess. This company will never get my business again so enjoy that last $50. I highly recommend going anywhere else. Avoid this business.
