  Extremely dissatisfied and casual approach towards costumers. I paid fusio dose treatment however the way method was applied had no sense , ultimately costing me waste of money, time and not even a single day any improvement in the hair fall was observed. I will never recommend this place to anyone for hair treatment or styling because of rude attitude, lack of costumer support and non professional methodology. My hair fall has even increased and It seems either a substandard product or lack of knowledge by the hairdresser to apply the procedure is probably the main reason.

  I did my fusio dose treatment and this is the worst treatment I have ever received. Never book Katty as your hair stylist. She did the services with least interest and so quick that she did not even give time to the dose to work. She did not even gave proper time to the treatment. She charged me a full amount without doing a blow dry telling me that i am a bit late, if i was late she should have mention that in the beginning that i will charge a full amount so i could take a decision right there, She scammed me for sure. And on top of that when I called the front desk they said we cannot do anything, we will just discuss with the stylist as if this will give me any benefit. Seriously they are scammers. Never ever go there if you are not a regular costumer because they will scam you.

  I only see Raquel at Elle Marie Studios, and she is absolutely incredible! Her skill level and attention to detail are unmatched. She’s truly an artist when it comes to hair. Every cut, treatment, and style she’s done for me and my daughter has been flawless. Raquel doesn’t just cut hair, she transforms it. She takes the time to listen, assess your hair type, and create a personalized plan that always turns out better than imagined. Her ability to bring out the best in your hair is next level, and she’s full of expert advice on how to maintain, style, and keep it healthy between visits. She’s so talented that I’ve referred my girlfriend, mom, and niece to her, and now they all see Raquel regularly and rave about her too. If you want someone who genuinely cares, listens, and consistently delivers exceptional results, Raquel is the one. She’s simply the best!!

  I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel really upset about my experience at this salon. I scheduled an appointment with Whitney just to have a root melt done to blend my naturally dirty blonde hair with my highlights but walked out of the salon with dark brown hair. Whitney assured me that she would get me in a few days later to fix her mistake, but when I emailed she never responded. I can’t believe that I paid to have my hair ruined and then couldn’t even get a response back to have it fixed.
