  I've just visited (4/7/26 around 12:20pm) looking for a specific product, showed the associate working the product and she goes on to tell me that no, they don't carry (names specific product) and that I would have to go to a stand alone Sephora to find it. She proceeds to show me alternatives by the same brand and tells me details about the cap colors and whay they indicate - none of this information was relevant to my question of this alternative product and she leaves me standing there to just look for myself... She did, however, let me know how this product was similar to what I was looking for before she walked away. In the same aisle, I look to the right end of the display 2 feet away and find exactly what I was asking for...when I see her walking by I let her know I found what I asked her about - she was so confused and began introducing the product to me and suggested a shade that was far from what I was looking for. It was bizarre and all I could think was that something was altering her ability to think... Additionally, when I ask if they might get more stock of the shade I'm looking for she says they just got their drop today and that I could go to Ulta to look for it although she knows they don't carry that brand. ?? At that point I just left and would rather order the product online. Such a weird and unhelpful experience. Pictured is what I came in asking for- I showed her a picture which very clearly showed the exact product. I write this to suggest that the store do some training.

  Ashley is amazing at the Sephora I would give her 5 stars if I could. However, the older manager Judy was not only unkind to Ashley but also us when we were trying to return an item.

  Very small and didn't have a lot of the luxury brands I was interested in. The employees were helpful and very nice. However, I'm going to drive across the bridge to go to a real Sephora next time.

  I have NEVER been offered any help in this store. Every time i come in it’s the same thing. I will never spend money on this store for that reason. I watched the employees help others then go straight to their cellphone after while i was standing there for ten minutes. Truly disappointing experience everytime
