  Candice did a great job fixing my haircut! I made the mistake of cutting my own hair, and I needed it fixed asap. I booked an appointment with Candice and she had the knowledge and skill to fix it based on what would look good on me. And this was all very affordable, only $40.

  I don't recommend it at all; it burns your hair like it did mine. Plus, you'll have to pay 525. This was the color they left me with.

  I was making a same-day appointment for a Saturday afternoon and was surprised to see all time slots open with multiple stylists; should have seen it as a red flag. So I come before my appointment time, get greeted, offered some water... and that's it. They literally forgot about me even though I was sitting there all alone in the reception area. 20 min past my appointment time I remind about myself and then they finally take me to my chair. 10 min later I had a haircut a-là medieval peasant. She did correct it though under my precise directions, but I walk into a salon to relax and enjoy the work of a beauty industry employee. I also happened to have clean hair (as always) so wahing and blow drying was skipped - but still charged for. So I see now why they don't have a lot of clients.

  This salon was great for my kids, they had a great deal for back to school haircuts for only 12 bucks. I had not had my haircut in a long time cause I always went to a great salon (adara) but I had family coming and I didn't want to pay $60 $80 dollars for a very simple cut. I don't have alot of hair and I never ask for anything fancy so I thought yeah I'll do the jcp salon with the kids.... And mistakes were made!!! I had medium hair length, and wanted to have a slightly abgled bob, no layers or bangs just a hair cut from the nape of my neck to my collar bone. The stylist took 15 mins to wash my hair which I thought was excessive. Then she did the cut. She asked if I wanted it blow dryer and styled and I said no thats ok I'll do it at home ( I knew it would probably Increase the cost, plus my kids were done and were starting to get a bit stir crazy.) ( btw the stylist asked if my kid had ADHD, he was talkitive, but well behaved and I felt it was a bit rude especially since he was sitting right next to me and could hear her. ) anyways I tip all 3 stylist $10, I go to the counter and come to find out my haircut was $60. $60!!! She didn't even blowdry or style, Im like whatever I guess my other salon was a better deal. But it wasn't till I got home and realized how bad my cut was and how she didn't even come close to what I asked for. There was a lot of long strangling hairs, and the back of my hair was longer in the back than in the front. ( The exact opposite I asked for. ) You can see the proof in the pics below. I don't normally do this but I went here hoping to save money and was charged the same amount as a high end salon with half of the job they do and I felt I wanted to share to warn others in case they were thinking to do the same thing.

  Go see Alyceia!! She is the absolute best, she is so kind and welcoming and ALWAYS gets you right without fail. The salon itself is lovely and has a very comfortable and nice environment, but miss Alyceia and her skills are a definite plus that you won’t find anywhere else!
