The girls had a good amount of hair damage from constantly being in the swimming pool, and many knots that needed to be worked out. The ladies were so patient and kind. My kids love their hair now and are excited to go back in the future.

I had an undercut in the back. I had to tell her 3 times to follow the line. After the haircut, I found she had completely cut all of the hair off the back. I have been growing out my hair for 5 years and she cut that all down because she could not follow a simple direction. She should be fired and have her cosmetology license revoked.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
