I had an undercut in the back. I had to tell her 3 times to follow the line. After the haircut, I found she had completely cut all of the hair off the back. I have been growing out my hair for 5 years and she cut that all down because she could not follow a simple direction. She should be fired and have her cosmetology license revoked.

The lady asked me if I whanted a buzz cut insted I of course keept saying just split ends she then asked "just an inch" I said sure couse at least thats close to what I wanted and then she keep trying to cut lower. As soon as she started cutting i knew it was over. I've never had a worse haircut! When I got home I had to shave my head. Why would you even ask me questions if you are ganna ignore my answers. If you have long curly/frizzy hair dont think for a second this is where you should go. Im sorry for being so upset but I cant believe I waited and paid to have someone do me so dirty. Im so disappointed of what you did and ashamed of what I have left.
