- NMnikky “nikkymz3” MayburyApr 4, 20261.0I took my five-year-old son in today to get a fade-up haircut. I asked them to take no more than a half-inch off the top of his head. Yes, I understand he's five and that he may wiggle around a little bit, but the lady who helped me was so rude. She was griping and complaining the whole time, having pretty much shaved all of his hair off. She proceeded to say that I had given her a too hard a haircut. It was literally a fade-up of a simple boy's haircut. Then, she finally said, " Okay, I am done, that's it. I can't do any more. I did my best. My son has gotten his haircut at Great Clips Three other times and I've never had any problems with the haircut. I don't know if she was new, but she was older and she just seemed very stuck up in irritated.

- JMJ MFeb 28, 20261.0I’ve been a regular at this location for a while. While the cuts have never been 'great,' they were usually good enough for the price. However, this last visit was a total disaster and I won't be returning. My hair is extremely thick, and the stylist completely botched a high skin fade. The sides are asymmetrical one side is nearly an inch higher than the other and there is a harsh 'ledge' where it wasn't blended into the top at all. It looks choppy, uneven, and unprofessional. I’d rather pay more somewhere else for a barber who actually knows how to blend and handle thick hair. This was a waste of money and I now have to pay someone else to fix it." If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
