When the counter lady finally arrived she came through the line and shoved her way between me and the shelf of product just to get to the last register on the end of the counter when she could have made things easier for herself by just going around but, I guess that would have been hard on her image and ego lol. Your super cool counter lady for trying to bully a customer lol

I came in yesterday and unfortunately had an awful interaction with a staff member at the register. When asked if anyone helped me I said that I didn’t remember the lady that did help me. They deliberately tried to make me feel terrible about not remembering. It seemed they genuinely enjoyed my discomfort. I wish the situation was handled with more empathy.

In contrast, the Nordstrom Yves Saint Laurent counter had no product available, and the manager’s approach was unprofessional. Donna listens, executes, and delivers a significantly higher customer service experience than her Nordstrom counterparts.
