- NSNidhish Sawant3 days ago1.0This was easily the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I provided a reference photo and gave clear instructions, a clean fade with only a minimal trim on top. They started with a generic cut that looked nothing like the photo, and when I asked them to adjust the fade to be shorter, they completely butchered it. I should have listened to my gut and walked out when I noticed another customer leaving with an uneven cut. It’s shocking that the staff has been licensed since 2012, their technique felt completely amateur. I’d gladly pay double the $28 price tag elsewhere just to avoid the frustration of having to wear a cap until this grows back. Save yourself the trouble, do not go here.

I told her to not cut them too thick, even when she gathered all the hair I said no. She cut them anyway. Then tried to thin them out and made them worse. I asked for face framing layers and they’re so uneven in thickness AND length. Do NOT go here.

As per pictures of my previous haircut, I did not have the hairless spot before he have me a haircut. I wouldn't recommend this location since it refused to acknowledge or correct the mistake when it was pointed out.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
