  Edit: Tried contacting Christina this afternoon and was told she was working from home and unavailable, but they'd give her the message to call back. Called back an hour later to follow up and were told Christina had just left for the day and was unavailable. My wife was charged for someone else’s service on September 10th. We were told a refund would be issued, but more than six weeks later (as of October 22nd) we still haven’t received it. Each time we follow up, we’re told there’s an “IT issue” preventing refunds. The staff including Christina, the manager, repeatedly promises to call back or check on the status but never follows through. There’s no corporate contact number, and messages through their website go unanswered. Be very cautious doing business here — if there’s a billing mistake, you may never see your money again.

  I had a lovely first visit at NOW Spa. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The ambience is warm, relaxing, and is filled with therapeutic sounds and scents. Onex gave me a wonderful and much needed prenatal massage. I’d definitely come back again!

  I’ve been getting monthly massages for about 9 months and I look forward to it every month. I’ve even gotten my fiance hooked on them. Talia is amazing, if you are looking for someone who has good strong pressure throughout the entire massage she’s it! The one time I tried someone else based on reviews I was disappointed because it was subpar compared to her. Talia is a miracle worker with getting knots out and really listens when you tell her your problem areas. Would recommend to anyone! She makes you feel very comfortable every time.

  I visited Now Massage hopeful that I would like the service enough to become a monthly member. I left feeling confused, disappointed, and misled. I scheduled a massage with the deep tissue add on. Before being introduced to the masseuse, she had a quiet exchange with the front desk staff which implied that she did not want me as a client. Despite this she introduced herself and we discussed the areas of focus for the massage. The masseuse used very light pressure through most of the massage, only spending a couple minutes on my requested focus area. The additional charge for deep tissue did not seem to massage experience. She did not check in at all during the massage, and the silent shared space in Now Massage left me uncomfortable speaking. As the massage concluded, the masseuse simply said “Okay” then silently left the room, leaving me confused. After I found my way out to the front desk, and was checking out, the masseuse re-entered the building. I found the end of the service very unprofessional. ——————————— Update: NOW Massage offered me a re-do appointment. The massage which followed was exactly what I was looking for. Updating to 4 stars since they ultimately made things right.
