In the end, the new piercings healed wonderfully and our experience was a very successful one!

Specifically Jade is awesome, she did my seconds and conch. I am terrified of needles and am not the best with pain but she is so calm and makes the experience as painless/not scary as possible. My piercings have been fast and have had zero healing issues. Would highly recommend Jade to anyone :)
