Everybody is really friendly until you actually need their assistance and they are looking to be able to be done with you as quick as possible. I was looking for. Foundation, blush, contour, concealer, and primer. I got passed around and still ended up not finding everything I needed. Honestly had a more helpful experience at MAC

She immediately was so incredibly helpful and so well-versed as I was searching for a good perfume. She was so knowledgeable. I actually wanted to find three different kinds and she gave me multiple options of gorgeous perfume. Using my credit card it came up declined because my credit card company thought it was a fraudulent transaction. I received a text message and typed in yes to let them know. It wasn’t a fraudulent transaction. Before that happened I paid $100 cash for the gift card. They wouldn’t want to refund me my hundred dollars cash because they’re telling me they don’t refund on gift cards, knowing that my credit card just went through for $100. Very poor customer service no manager to talk to nothing posted at the cashier explaining their policy according to Washington state business practices
