    I am writing to share ongoing concerns about my experiences at this Sephora location. I have been shopping at this store for many years, but I have repeatedly felt uncomfortable due to how staff treat customers of color. On multiple occasions, I have noticed employees closely following or monitoring people of color or immigrants of color while appearing far less attentive or suspicious toward white customers engaging in similar behavior. This pattern feels discriminatory and creates an unwelcoming, hostile shopping environment. No customer should feel profiled or singled out based on race. It is especially disappointing to experience this from a brand as established as Sephora. I strongly encourage management to review store practices, reinforce anti-discrimination policies, and require meaningful equity and bias training for all staff. Accountability and action are necessary to ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and results in real change.

    If you want help, don’t go here. If you want a full size perfume, don’t go here. I saw their sales associates stand around watching the customers but not actually helping them. I love Sephora but I will not be returning to this location.

    Asked the attendant at the entrance if I could pay with card using their the little phone machines they have, which I’ve never had a problem doing at any Sephora. She was just standing around, not talking or helping anyone. She replied, “uhhh yeah” and seemed annoyed that she had to help a customer.

    had one associate who was kind, she wore glasses similar to elphabas! (super cute) but another girl checked my boyfriend n i out- left me speechless. wish i looked at her name cus she was incredibly rude n pushy abt me signing up?? such odd n fugly behavior
