- ZHZoe Hart4 days ago3.0Male associate that helped me check out was wonderful. However there was one female associate in the hair section that was super pushy and made me uncomfortable. I almost didn’t think she worked there since she had a sweatshirt on over her black uniform. Dark hair, wearing a mask. I picked up a hair product I’ve been wanting for a while and immediately she was telling me “oh no you don’t want that one, get this instead” and it felt very aggressive. She then proceeded to follow me around the rest of the time I was at the store. I could’ve sworn she was at the Tacoma location too as I had a very similar experience with an associate last month buying hair products and her telling me to buy something else instead. It’s definitely not an appropriate sales tactic and made me uncomfortable.

Everybody is really friendly until you actually need their assistance and they are looking to be able to be done with you as quick as possible. I was looking for. She immediately was so incredibly helpful and so well-versed as I was searching for a good perfume. She was so knowledgeable. I actually wanted to find three different kinds and she gave me multiple options of gorgeous perfume.
