Pro Tip: if you’re not going to have a formal checkout area or have employees that offer bags or receipts, you probably shouldn’t be treating people like they shoplift. I visited the afternoon of 11/20 and I’m blown away by how badly this Sephora was run, how impolite the employees were, and how inconvenient the buying process was. The employees here are childish, mean, and seem to not have any knowledge of the golden rule.

Apparently this is the Sephora to go to if you want to get bullied! I received a bad color match from this store by an untrained employee, spent $70 on a foundation that didn’t work for me, and came back to get the correct color. I asked if it would be possible to do an exchange of the product and the associate helping me didn't say a single word to me, was very unkind, and barked “NO!” at me like I was some sort of dog when I asked if it would be possible to be directed towards the right endcap.
I also felt watched. I had people constantly hovering over me, with their eyes on me, and standing right beside me yet NO ONE asked if I needed help or needed a basket. I stood there with my hands full of product while the associates laughed, gossiped amongst themselves about customers (probably shouldn’t call the people shopping at your store fat and chopped), and used what I perceived to be anti-LGBT language. The entire time I was at this store, I felt unsafe and like my money and time were being disregarded.
It’s no shock to me that there are multiple bad reviews from today alone. The manager and the people working today should be ashamed of how they conduct themselves and how this store is run. It’s incredible that employees bully and disregard customers, that the aura of the store is racist and unwelcoming, and that the store itself is dirty and unkempt. Everything about this store, from today’s management to the employees to the presentation of the products, should be 0 stars.

Terrible experience at this Sephora location. I have been a regular Sephora customer for over 10 years and it just keeps getting worse with each visit. This may be the end of my Sephora journey.
This store in particular has no clear checkout. Some people can checkout and some cannot. And everyone seems frustrated with you if you ask them. I asked 3 people. One was not set up to checkout and vaguely pointed me to the other side of the store. The other was super busy and I would have had to wait to behind 3 others to find out if they could help. The third was super rude when I asked her. Mumbled something about how people with certain belts can help checkout. Then pointed to a lady who seemed to be holding a product standing in the middle of a regular aisle (looked like she was shopping) and was like "I have started a line there". As though it was super obvious and silly me for asking! Of course you started a "line" with one person randomly in the middle of the store. How did I miss that!
You guys need some clear signs and better employees who realize this is customer facing role. I think this is the second time I have bought a foundation that I am not thrilled with, because I did not really want to spend any extra time with the people there trying to figure out something better!

I had the nastiest experience here today and left really kind of shocked. The sales associates that assisted me were rude and sarcastic, the woman that processed my return (Marianna?) was disgustingly rude, none of my concerns were addressed, and I was so shaken that I went back to speak to the manager (who also somehow managed to be up helpful and dismissive). I’ve been shopping at Sephora since I was 13 and spent far over $1,000 each year with the company. I can easily say that this is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had in any store and I don’t plan on returning any time in the near future.

Yikes. They’ve been down to one register for months now, and at first I thought this change was temporary however it has become clear it’s a long term change. I hope whomever made this design decision eats their own dog food and stands in line during rush hour. Also people go way too hard on the perfume samples.
