    I bought a product in store today, put it down somewhere in the mall, forgot, and it was stolen. I was very sad but this was obviously my fault. After trying every other thing, I decided to go back to the store and see if there was any possible thing they could do. I asked several employees and they just gave me rude looks, had no sympathy, And were just overall very rude. I was already very sad but this practically ruined my entire day. They could've just kindly told me that there was nothing they could do and have had basic human sympathy. i'm very disappointed but did end up buying a new product in the app using points.

    My friend lost her concealer and it was stolen in the mall. She then went back to Sephora and kindly asked if there was literally anything they could do, which they rudely responded with attitude. They could have at least said “no sadly, I’m sorry that happened”. I am very disappointed in the experience I had today.

    Angela was extremely helpful, I’m a straight dude and she knew what to do to help my goofy ass cystic acne skin from sucking. She helped me for a ton of time and I learned a ton and I now feel happy with what I’m leaving with. I appreciate it so much thank you 🙏

    Asked about specific perfume from male consultant. He replied “no” without even looking at me, he was looking in another direction while talking with me. Didn’t offer me anything instead, didn’t offer any help. I consider such service as rude. End up buying nothing because of such attitude. Normally consultants in other stores reply with: “Sorry, we don’t have it, can I offer something else? “ but not in this sephora

    I had a hard time on trying to navigate and select which cologne I wanted to purchase but thanks to the help of one of the store associates i think her name was nora I was able to find the cologne I was looking for and left the store satisfied with my purchase overall very positive experience!
