- MMMalayaJan 5, 20261.0I bought a product in store today, put it down somewhere in the mall, forgot, and it was stolen. I was very sad but this was obviously my fault. After trying every other thing, I decided to go back to the store and see if there was any possible thing they could do. I asked several employees and they just gave me rude looks, had no sympathy, And were just overall very rude. I was already very sad but this practically ruined my entire day. They could've just kindly told me that there was nothing they could do and have had basic human sympathy. i'm very disappointed but did end up buying a new product in the app using points.

She then went back to Sephora and kindly asked if there was literally anything they could do, which they rudely responded with attitude. They could have at least said “no sadly, I’m sorry that happened”. I am very disappointed in the experience I had today.
