- EBEd Busey6 days ago1.0Clown show. 1 star is too generous. I bought a gift certificate for Christmas - 4 days later, went to the store and asked for a refund, they said no, but they lost it and had to write me a new one, then claimed that it said "no refunds" on the certificate, which was a lie, then said "we have a sign that says no refunds", but they never mentioned it, then said we will give me a partial refund, then offered to "direct you to the Washington State Attorney General Website", and, now accuse me of "threatening and harassing behavior". All for $50. Very disappointing as we strive to frequent local businesses. Still hoping for a resolution.

I have had many excellent massage providers over the years at HTT, most recently Anisa, who is amazing and brings a caring, healing vibe to her work.
