I dreaded calling the manager, but Irene was so kind and understanding. She acknowledged the issue, didn't try to gaslight me, and fixed the cut herself doing a great job for $0. I have never had someone be so kind over a service problem. My experience is they really want their customers to be happy and satisfied, and go above and beyond to make that happen. Thank you Irene!

- SSStormyDec 20, 20251.0Abusive manager and staff; completely unhinged and extremely aggressive manager. I requested IRENE, manager to look at my account notes. She lied saying they had no such way of adding notes and didn't ask for my account or any information. They have "clip notes" which the hair cutters use to document what's been done in the past, so I knew that Irene was blatantly lying. I asked for her supervisor and she denied having one. She knew that she was busted for lying and immediately called the police trying to intimidate me to leave. I hadn't done anything wrong, so I had no problem speaking to the police. As I patiently stood there and waited for either the police to show up or to speak with Irene's manager, Irene video recorded me without my consent, threaten to tase me and even attempted to push me. She physically put her hands on me in attempt to move me. In no way was I threating or erratic or did anything to cause such a reaction from Irene. It was all because I caught her in a lie and she refused to call her manager. Irene claims to have told her manager not to take my call. The other two hair cutters were laughing at the situation and 1 was video recording me without my permission. Irene's reaction was completely overblown and unhinged. There was zero need for her to escalate and abuse paying customers. The other 2 hair cutters are just as bad.

I’m new to this area, so I decided to try their service, but the stylist who attended me was extremely unprofessional and seemed angry for no reason. She even told me, “Next time go to your old barber, you shouldn’t come here,” which was very rude and unexpected. The haircut itself was even worse — she cut my hair unevenly, with one side longer and the other side much shorter. It looked so bad that it felt like it couldn’t even be fixed properly. I went back and showed them the issue, and although another staff member tried to correct it, the haircut still didn’t look right. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I will not be returning to this location again.
