  I drove there for over an hour, only for Finding Ferdinand black lipstick/balm. The ladies were so friendly and helpful! The assortment of their products was very intriguing. I was positively surprised by finding brands that I like and use daily. Clean, cute, organized little store. Thank u!

  Bought shampoo yesterday. The bottle was marked $30, and they charged me $32. Admittedly, I didn’t notice it at the register but looked at the receipt when I got home. I went back in person today to double check the price and it showed $30. I asked about the difference and the associate said there was a price change but they didn’t have a chance to change the prices on the items. I was disappointed in the level of customer service. If there’s a price change, it’s their responsibility to advertise the correct price. They should have given a price adjustment for their mistake. (Update on 6/11/25 from 1 to 3 stars. I saw the email notification for the adjustment. Thank you Credo. I appreciate the acknowledgment and correction. I will still be a Credo customer but primarily online. I’m leaving the 3 stars because the customer experience I had at the store wasn’t up to par. That same associate was going to leave the wrong price until I asked if they plan to change it. I’ve visited the Chicago location years ago and still think about how nice the people were there.)

  Not only do they have a wonderful variety of products but their customer service is amazing!! I always feel so welcomed in there and a girl named kae ( not sure if I’m spelling that right) was SO helpful!! She was awesome.
