- AMAbhay M2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Great Clips location. I very rarely write any. I brought my mother in, who was really looking forward to getting a nice haircut. Unfortunately, the stylist (named My) cut her hair far too short, despite it being clear that this was not what she wanted. It completely ruined her day — she left upset and discouraged. On top of that, the attitude was very discourteous. While my mother was getting her haircut, I stood nearby where she could see me and communicate with me so I could translate back to the stylist. The stylist showed clear irritation and rough behavior simply because I was standing there. When I tried to stay close to support my mom, the manager named Brook shouted at me, saying I was a “hazard,” which felt unnecessary, humiliating, and unprofessional. I understand safety rules, but the way it was handled lacked basic respect and empathy — especially considering this involved an elderly parent who was already uncomfortable. There are good stylists at this location, and I’ve seen positive work done by others in the past. However, this particular experience showed a serious lack of courtesy and care. I also never saw any owners or leadership present, which made it feel like customer concerns weren’t a priority. I hope management takes feedback seriously and ensures customers — especially seniors — are treated with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
