- NMNicole MaxwellOct 5, 20251.0my dad took my 5 & 7 year old for hair cuts. my 7 year old, like many his age, is a bit of a wiggle worm. the young brown haired stylist couldn’t contain her annoyance, she was rude enough for my dad to call me very unsettled after the appointment. he also has a VP shunt located on the side of his head, my dad was attempting to explain where & what it was before she bumped it with the clippers. no damage was done, but the skin around the shunt is bruised & sore. YOU signed up for a job in customer service. if you can’t manage to put on a happy face & take in what a customer is trying to tell you, maybe you should find a new career path. we will not be back.
