The stylist relied only on clippers and did not use scissors at all, which resulted in what felt more like a quick trim than a proper haircut. The cut was uneven, started from the top instead of the sides or back, and left the hair looking unfinished. There was no effort to style or set the hair afterward. What made the situation worse is that there was no manager or clear point of contact to address our dissatisfaction. As customers, we had no one to speak with about the poor service, and it felt like we simply had to leave with whatever haircut we got. I strongly feel Great Clips should provide more transparency about their stylists — such as names and ratings — and ensure there is a manager or supervisor available to handle customer concerns. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

The two women working there were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of them, who appeared to be of Iranian background, acted especially disrespectfully — when my 4-year-old politely asked for a lollipop, she threw it at him in a dismissive and unfriendly manner. To make matters worse, both women were whispering to each other right in front of us, which only added to the sense of disrespect and discomfort. You can imagine the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness we felt in that moment. I’m genuinely surprised that individuals with such poor customer service skills have been hired. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a setting that should be welcoming and family-friendly.
