The two women working there were extremely rude and unprofessional. One of them, who appeared to be of Iranian background, acted especially disrespectfully — when my 4-year-old politely asked for a lollipop, she threw it at him in a dismissive and unfriendly manner. To make matters worse, both women were whispering to each other right in front of us, which only added to the sense of disrespect and discomfort. You can imagine the level of unprofessionalism and rudeness we felt in that moment. I’m genuinely surprised that individuals with such poor customer service skills have been hired. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a setting that should be welcoming and family-friendly.

The shape was completely off, and now it’s hard to fix back to normal. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re particular about your beard. $15 straight up gone out of wallet.
