  My hubby gets all his haircuts from Great Clips, because that's all he needs. They have digital coupons he can use, and he calls ahead to make sure they’ll accept it. He also likes their digital “get in line” reservation system. He plans his work around it, and he heads out when it is almost his turn. He has had very good luck with this system without any problems. Today’s digital wait was over 1.5hrs when he initially started. The place is very basic, no vibe. The haircuts are ok. His needs are simple. He has a cowlick on his left side, so his left side and right side never match no matter who cuts his hair. He has a cowlick on the back too, so the sideview is always a bit off. Since no one can get everything to match, he just goes to the lowest cost place, hence he is a Great Clips regular.

  I went to get a haircut cut and they made it worst plus blood was dripping from my ear and the barber was like ok and then we were disappointed and at that point Redmond ridge location was better than it should be

  I have had a love/hate relationship with the Bridle Trails (Kirkland, WA) and Woodinville, WA Great Clips locations for more than ten years. In the "old" days, they offered discounts via paper coupons. If you forgot the coupon, they absolutely would not honor the discounted price even for their regular customers. Employees and managers always said that they would get fired if they honored the coupon price without the coupon. They would spend all of that money trying to get customers in the door and then they would piss them off. Now they offer virtual coupons, mostly through social media. I found an offer on Facebook for a $9.99 haircut. I signed in online and went in to the Bridle Trails location today. I told (Ella?) when I checked in that I wanted to verify that my coupon code would work before she cut my hair because there are so many fake Great Clips special offers on Facebook. Apparently she was new because she turned and asked the other woman who was cutting another customer's hair what to do. She said, "It should work as long as it hasn't been used." I told her I wanted to check because when I tried to enter the location, it said there was an error. She repeated it two more times that it shoukd be ok. I said that they have checked for me in the past. She said, "We don't usually do that." I said I waa only going to pay $9.99 and she replied, "only if it is good, otherwise it will be $24.99" Ella put my code and it was OK. The other woman, who said she was in charge, was very rude and set a bad example of how to treat customers. I had to ask Ella to, trim below the neckline, the ears and eyebrows. I'm sorry that I left her a $5 tip because she had an attitude as well. I will go back, because the majority of the employees are friendly and do a good job.
