She asked all the right questions and got into detail about exactly how I’d want it done. I was astonished by her work! She even got my beard and all around the cut was exceptional. I’m definitely coming back for all my future haircuts here and asking for her. Amazing job. Thank you, Mel! I finally feel like myself again. Love this salon. I don’t leave reviews often but this service was noteworthy.

She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and absolutely delivered. I had originally gone to another location and wasn’t happy with my haircut, but they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. They made it easy for me to come in and have Mel correct it, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness throughout the whole process. Great customer service all around!

They didn't bother brushing the hair clippings off my forehead and it was falling into my eyes. I had to ask for them to brush the hair clippings off, and even then it wasn't a thorough enough job and I still got a decent amount covering my glasses later.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
