  Good job on my nails. There is confusion about the pricing. While they tell you how much each service is from the menu, our totals where much higher than expected as each thing they do is itemized. Not like anything I have experienced before. A staff hand writes items down that is not legible and you don't see it until you pay (still "chicken scratch" not legible). I would prefer to know my end cost up front. I do expect to pay extra for designs of course but they charge for everything litterally. I don't mind paying for great service, I just would like to know what is what, not hidden so I can decide for myself.

  They charge a lot for not the best quality. Beautiful place staff is great , for the product it’s not worth the price. I don’t mind paying but the quality should match. My daughter had two fingers cut. I had a finger cut. The polish doesn’t even cover the full tip or side of the nails. Adding to this. I got my nails done this morning and my polish on my toes is already bubbled and it’s 10pm. Spent $250 plus a $50 tip today. :(

  Awful service. My mom called in and asked for a specific worker and they said to just walk in and then told her she was not available. We scheduled an appointment for later on the same day for two pedicures and when we came we waited for 20 min and were not asked for a drink or anything and they had not even started our water for the pedicure and then when we went up to ask if we would be serviced they said yes and we still waited. This establishment will never be shy to ask for tips but when we confronted them and asked why we were not able to be seen they said “oh sorry we forgot”. We have been coming here for some time and as of lately it’s been such awful service. They are very kind to you at first to get you hooked and then they are rude and do a bad job with the pedicures because they think you’ll be coming back.

  Ok in so many experiences in different places after I moved, I’m always so skeptic especially when you switch from one salon to another. Going through reviews, it was homework for me. As my first time at Pure Harmony they definitely sang me a melody!!! In the photos I asked for this design the only problem they didn’t have was the exact gems which was absolutely OK🤗 and this is what the outcome came down to. because Ann who worked on my nails the first time did NOT let me down. She did such an amazing work and I loved how we connected the whole time. She is was definitely funny but I have to give it to her. Reasonable price and time was great!! Thank you so so much Ann I’m so glad I found you 😊 until next see you for a refill!!!

  Been here several times before…..usually good results. This time….NO!! The 2nd day after my visit the edges of my fingernails kept catching on everything; had to use a fine nail board to smooth the edges!!!! Then, 3rd day; the edges of my nails started losing the polish, exposing my natural nails!!! This was suppose to be GEL!!! Today they look like crap!!!! AND, I told her it was unusual to get my gel nail treatment done WHILE I was having my pedicure!!! NOT RELAXING AT ALL!!! I do not like having both done at the same time!!! I am very disappointed in the service I got!! It was definitely NOT worth $80!!! And it was suppose to be relaxing??? Not at all!! No one even asked me if I wanted a drink——I had to ask for it!!! Ok, AND……I’ve noticed this with every visit…but I always let it slide——the lady at the front desk is FAR from welcoming😒 First thing she says is: What’s your phone number???? Not: Welcome!!! What can we do for you today?? I’m sorry, but “Customer Service” is still important, to most of us anyway!!
