Booked my appointment. The day of I got a call my stylist called out for xyz reasons. They have somone else available. Sure I said and kept my appointment. I hate my hair: I don’t actually feel like she cut or styled anything. I also don’t feel I had the Aveda experience I was expecting. There was no hair wash, no aroma. I was spritzed. 150 plus: don’t do it. Anywhere else is probably better.

I waited close to a year before finally doing my research to find a new stylist. I had moved a bit further away and tried two local stylists that were kind but not masters in their craft. Brad at Salon Escape was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable of my hair type. Together, we created a plan for style and color. He radiated the joy his job brings him. I could not be more pleased with my Signature Cut and I am looking forward to my color next week. This was the boost I needed! This plan may not have happened if not for the attentive person at the front desk. First impressions do matter and she understood the assignment! Thank you!
