    My wife went here to get a gel manicure, and the next day all of her nails started breaking one by one. She has never had this problem before... They probably filed off too much and left the nails weak. She went back to ask for a refund or credit, they refused, and on top of that they charged her another $10 to have it removed. Absolutely atrocious customer service... she will never come back here again.

    Polly is my favorite. She’s fun and easy to talk to. I’ve never had a go-to nail tech before, but I make sure to get an appointment with Polly every time. She’s easy going and does whatever is asked, I thoroughly enjoy my time while getting my nails done. Looking forward to my next appointment!

    I’ve gone to this nail salon at least 5 times now, mostly for pedicures. It’s very clean, and the interior is nice and comfortable, but it can be hit or miss with the experience and that is frustrating. I’ve had some experiences that were fantastic and others that were lackluster. This last time had me feeling a little bit swindled. I booked an appointment for myself and my child based on their online availability. When we got there, and we’d picked out our color, we were told all of their standard chairs were full so our choices were to either wait or I could upgrade for $10 and we could be in their “VIP room” and we would be helped right away. It was $10 so I opted for the upgrade. We waited about 30 minutes in there by ourselves before my child’s tech came in for their service/ to put water in the foot tub. Of course in that time, others had gotten up from the standard chairs… It was a bit frustrating to have it be presented like if we went into the VIP room that we’d receive service right away, and also frustrating that overall, they were double booking. My tech was an additional 10 minutes behind. And then my upgrade was just ok on top of it. The tech who did my child’s service was very sweet, I mean both were very nice, but the actual quality of the pedicure had much to be desired, especially after waiting 40 minutes past our appointment time to receive it. This is not a cheap place, and I wish the quality and service was consistent.

    The place was nice and clean, but I'm only giving a 2 star because the tech cut my baby toe and didn't say a word. It's like she ignored it, hoping I wouldn't notice. I did feel it at the time, but didn't realize how bad it was until I was finished. There was a little chunk missing from my toe and it was still bleeding pretty good. The teck say "Oh" like she didn't notice it before. I told to her "Don't act like you didn't know". Only then did she apologize and got a bandaid and the antibacterial ointment they use when they actually cut you. I get it accidents happen, but when there is no apology, no antibacterial ointment, NOTHING at the time of the inccendent. That's not a place I want to do business with.

    If I can rate negative I would I went with my daughter to get a pedicure, at first they couldn’t find our reservations then proceeded to tell us we used a differs name. We said no we used our name then they proceeded to argue saying no we used a different name due to them not finding us. Then they found us and laugh saying oh you did use your name. They rushed our pedicures and than my daughter asked if the callus scrub came with the package the lady said yes scrubbed her feet dry for about 10 seconds on one foot than did not do the other. My daughter told her she was hurting her due to doing it dry!! You do not scrub dry and now my daughter feet is scarred and has red marks and could not wear shoes for a week. She did not massage and put the wrong color on my daughter foot than instead of removing it properly she covered it with the right color and did not even try or say sorry for the wrong color You can see both colors in her toes I asked her to cut my toes in the side and she did not do both of ours now our toe nails are growing weird and hurting both of us tremendously. We pay so much for our services we work hard for our money and they charge charge charge and ask for money money money but they do not do a good service It’s horrible that the money we work so hard for goes to waste They don’t understand how much we pay and they charge so much but they do a bad job When I called the following day, the manager was super rude to me, argumentative and saying that it wasn’t their Fault Of course they’re not gonna say is their fault because right they’re always right We just wanted our toes to be OK and use for the money we spent there almost $200 for two pedicures. Come on now. Now my daughter feet are cut up and our toes are red due to not cutting right They didn’t ask us how we wanted the shape and just sliced our toes uneven When walking in the frown on the employees faces should of been a warning to not proceed
