    Most of the staff was nice. My nail tech however was not. I showed her what I wanted for my design, she said she could do that. While doing my nails she had globs of acrylic on my skin. When I asked her to remove it she became agitated. She over filed my nails so much that the tip she applied was no longer covering my nail bed and no aligned. When I asked her to fix this she applied more acrylic and made my nail thick, not matching the others. I let her know that was not ok and she needed to fix that. When she was painting my nails she applied the polish so thick that I have bumps on my nails instead of them being smooth. When it came time for my design she said no it will not even show. So I left with my nails not being what I wanted and product still stuck to my skin. I’ve been in several times before for a pedicure and it was great. This service however was not.

    I had an appointment the day after valentines day. My appointment was ay 10:30am. Didnt get seat until 11 and then nail tech didnt greet me until 11:15am. It was reiriated 3 times that I was scheduled for a full set. I then had to remind the nail tech that I was scheduled for a full set after she started just doing a fill. She rolled her eyes and was clearly annoyed. She used no wrist support like everyone else was and then would yank my hand when they were getting tired from having no support and were no longer relaxed. She was being very rough and at one point I had to yank my hand away because she was filing my finger instead of the nail causing me to bleed. The shape of my nails do not match, the lengths are not the same, she only did 2 coats on 2 nails. Then proceeded to ask if I was happy and it would be $85 . I told her I was not happy at all at this point i had been there almost 2 hours I was over it. When asked again at the counter if I was happy I said no and showed them why and that id like to speak to management. They took 10 dollars off which was still too much for below subpar service. And said someone would contact me. Which is why I waited so long to post. No one has so here we are.

    I gave a 3 star because the first time I came here for a pedi they did a great job. The whole experience from start to finish was smooth. I dropped two stars because my last experience was a bit chaotic and they didn't do a great job on my gel. So, my boyfriend had booked me a Spa package to surprise me. When I checked in I was very clear that my boyfriend had booked an appointment under my name and I wasn't sure what package he booked was but I gave her my full name and time slot. She didn't even look me up in the system she handed me a clipboard to write my name on, it looked like a waiting list. So I got seated for my pedi and the nail technician asked what package I wanted. I information her my boyfriend had booked a package already and put down a card but apparently that communication went over her head too.Then my boyfriend starts calling me because the nail salon is calling him that I haven't checked in yet. I can't get up to tell the front desk this because my foot is in a hot bag of wax lol. So I told him to call them back and tell them I'm already halfway through a pedi. Finally the lady who was supposed to be doing my spa package shows up and I can tell she's irritated but trying to be friendly. She informed me I had a Spa package and my boyfriend already paid like $200 for me and my friend. My friend didn't want her facial because she's 9 months pregnant and laying on her back hurts but the nail technician keeps being persistent on it. My friend literally had to say no 4 times! So the first lady quickly finish my pedi and rush me into a private room for my facial. I understand our boyfriends tried to surprise us with this package but they're boys and didn't think about the logistics of a 9 month pregnant women having to lay on her back. Anyways, Because she rushed me my 4 of my toenails got smudged. I didn't notice because with in 5 minutes I was on a bed getting a facial. She did my gel manicure at that same time so that also felt rushed. When I was able to step into the light I noticed my right hand had many imperfections on the nails. I had her fix one that was extremely noticeable. I'm shocked she was OK with her work and would let me leave like that. Because the whole thing was so chaotic I didn't feel like pointing out more issues and thought I could just overlook it. But then last night I read some of the other reviews and realized this issues seems to be a theme here. So my advice is if you go here make damn sure they understand you booked whatever you booked. If your boo is trying to surprise you make sure you know what package you got cause the ladies at the front won't. If they fudge up your nails don't leave until the issues are addressed. I was being nice and trying to just be happy with what I got but then I got my boyfriends receipt, $300 bill for my friend and I and after a few days realized thats a crap ton of money don't leave until your nails are perfect. My left hand looks pretty good but the right not so much.

    I used to think this place was the best I had ever found on my own. But that changed today i simply asked for a eyebrow wax and tint. Cece asked me if I wanted a lip wax as well I said no. I was almost done and she just decided to do my lip after I already stated I didn't want it. She just put the wax on my lip and said "I just do it,no charge" that's not okay at all and I'm not happy and I will not be coming back here in the future. Also cece made my eyebrows uneven and I punched my own stuff to redo my eyebrows shouldn't have to do that. I also am not happy with my experience with the front desk, there was 3 women at the desk when you enter the salon and they had at least 6 people waiting but yet 3 girls up there not doing anything to get the line moving. I accidentally put my tip at 40 dollars and instead of putting the screen back for me to fix it she just canceled it on her end and put in my tip and then started talking to one of the 2 women next to her the payment screen was still black I couldn't do anything and they gave me attitude to pay so with that I feel like they need more better customer service and actually pay attention to what customers want and actually act like they want to be there I know it was busy but please just be kind

    I had a really disappointing experience here. While I was waiting in the lobby for my daughter, I couldn’t help but notice how unprofessional everything felt. The front desk ladys basically ran the whole operation instead of the nail techs. they both were constantly running around doing everything, handling tasks that the nail techs should be doing themselves. It honestly looked like they were being forced to take care of everything while everyone else just stood around. On top of that, the staff was yelling a lot and acting unprofessional, which made the environment uncomfortable for customers. Overall, this business needs better organization and professionalism. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
