    One word! Heather!!!!!!! Okay, so as a woman of color who's not from around here, finding a stylist who knows what to do with my long thick natural hair has been a STRUGGLE. Like, someone who can actually care for it AND give me a bomb blowout? Nearly impossible! But then I found Heather and honestly, my hair has never looked this good or been this healthy. Ever!! I'm usually not about the long layered haircut life, but if you are? She's absolutely your girl. I've watched her work her magic on those cuts and the way she pays attention to every little detail is crazy good. When it comes to shears and blowouts, she's the ONE, no question! Bottom line: she's an amazing stylist who genuinely listens to what you want, and that matters so much when you're trusting someone with your hair. She's stuck with me forever now! 😆

    I guess they get 1 star for showing up? We had back to school haircuts scheduled for our two kiddos on Sunday 8/17 for 11AM. We arrived to the Salon at 10:55. I'm from the 90's. Early is on time. On time is late, and late is unacceptable. We saw two other women standing at the doors to go in and as we walked up they informed us the doors were locked. I said "well we have two appointments scheduled for 11AM I hope someone comes to open soon." There were other cars in the parking lot so clearly people were inside. At exactly 11AM, from a car that had been parked since we pulled in, emerges a young blonde haired girl pulling her rolling hair car. Myself and the other two women exclaimed the door was locked. The employee said "yeah it'll be a few minutes" - ohhh ok so you're late to OUR appointments? She said she wasn't late. I flashed my phone to show it was 11:01 and she greeted me with an eye roll. We left. Got haircuts elsewhere. Don't waste your time.
