- JWJustine WilliamsOct 2, 20251.0Took my daughter in to fix a bangs mishap. She decided to get a trim while we were at it. Complete hack job and easily 2-3 inches shorter than what she asked for. I stopped the guy part way through the haircut because it was way shorter than what was asked for and he argued the length with me. My daughter said let's just finish it since its already half way done. She regrets it and wishes she left the chair. Its truly the worst haircut. It's not just that its shorter, but it is VERY uneven and choppy. I wouldn't trust this guy to cut dogs hair. We 100% regret our visit. It will take months to undo the cut he gave her. My daughter has never cried over hair before today. Oh and to top it all off, the bangs are worse than the mistake we started with. Fantastic.

The online check in option they have makes it great for being able to get in line before you even leave the house. The store is clean, well stocked with product and the current staff are all very friendly.
