  I recently had the misfortune of visiting this spa for my birthday, a gift from my husband. Unfortunately, the receptionist exhibited rude and dismissive behavior, lacking basic customer service skills. Despite notifying her of my expected late arrival due to unforeseen construction, she deemed me a "no-show" upon my 15-minute delayed arrival. She then proceeded to notify my spouse and refused to accommodate my request for rescheduling or a refund, despite my husband's substantial investment of $600. The receptionist's demeanor became increasingly agitated, culminating in visible shaking. While the massage therapist provided an exceptional experience, scoring 10 out of 10, the subsequent foot massage was marred by an awkward exchange with the attending staff. Upon inquiring about my water preference, I was met with a cryptic reference to "spicy" water, which I perceived as a veiled comment regarding my earlier interaction with the receptionist. Consequently, I terminated my spa visit prematurely, forgoing my scheduled facial treatment. Notably, this was my third consecutive year receiving this spa package as a birthday gift from my husband. I would advise caution when interacting with the receptionist, as her behavior can significantly impact one's overall experience.

  Spent the day here with my sister and had a wonderful time. Was pampered with an amazing facial and massage. Enjoyed every minute!!

  So glad to have had my first visit to Bella Terra for my birthday. Such a top notch experience from scheduling through to the end! The facility is attractive, cozy and clean. Exceptional customer service. Staff is so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Katie did my excellent massage and was so attentive and kind. Angela did my outstanding facial and was a delight throughout. She gave me great tips for home care and inspired me to schedule more time for my self care. It’s so easy to forget yourself in the hurry-up world we live in. All in all, a wonderful day spent with ladies who are passionate about their work and make their clients feel valued and nurtured. Highly recommend!!

  My Lil Sis and I had a " sisters spa day" last week after a particularly stressful week. We had the 90 minute massage (with CBD lotion), Peppermint and Aragon Oil Scalp Massage and 60 minute Facial. Very relaxing massage and my skin really glowed. It was heavenly!! We literally floated out the door . Highly recommend Bella Terra Spa & Wellness. Treat yourself, you deserve it!!!
