- JKJan K.4 days ago5.0I had a haircut and blow dry with Sara at the Poulsbo location. This was my first ever Appointment with her, but you never would have known it. I was so comfortable with Sara. We discussed what I wanted ahead of time and she made sure during the haircut that I was satisfied with the length. The cut and blowdry were beautiful and I'm so glad I found a new hairdresser. Did I also mention that the salon is beautiful? It’s clean and inviting and the moment I walked in I was greeted. Oh yes, and thank you Sara for the heated warm towel around my neck. See you soon

Receptionist called me to confirm what I needed and said she needed to check with the stylist and call me back. I got no return call. I called again before closing, and no one picked up. Left a message. Got a return call indicating that they were cancelling my appointment, that the stylists are too busy to take new clients. If you're not taking on new clients, that's fine.. but don't book an appointment and waste 3 days of my time with back and forth phone calls because your stylist doesn't want to bother with the service.

No good stylists left on Bainbridge so over the bridge I go. I love the attention to detail and how patient she is with me to get me where I want to go when I am sometimes not 100% sure what I want. Very grateful for this expertise so close to home.
