My wait was estimated 26 minutes and I decided to wait inside, instead of my car. The wait was less then 5 minutes as they had no-shows. Melody (I think was her name) was friendly, quick, and thorough with the cut. Another bonus is they keep your cut preference on file. This is the 4th location I've been to and it's definitely the cleanest.

- SSSerena SOct 24, 20252.0Recently moved to this area, the stylist who cutt my child's hair was frustrated and we could tell, I was asked at the end if I wanted to donate to recieve a $2.00 discount I agreed and she didn't give it to me (the coupon) she walked away right after I paid I gave her a 10 dollar tip also because my son was being complicated. I'm just disappointed in the whole experience. I hope that lady has a better day. We will not be returning to this specific location
